The site looks alright, but browsing it on my phone was sorta annoying. Some pages loaded slowly, and I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. I think a cleaner menu would make it a lot easier to use.

The box showed up completely smashed, which was really disappointing. I tried reaching out about it and ended up having to chase them for a response, which just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be...

My order had a little issue at first, but I reached out to support and they got back to me and fixed it. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but everything’s good now. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a pickle while reading their reply, so that somehow stuck in my head. Overall, happy they sorted it out.

The material feels decent enough, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the edges did start showing some wear after a few weeks, which was a little disappointing. It’s not terrible, and I’ll keep using it, but I was hoping it would hold up a bit better.

The size was pretty much right for me, maybe just a tiny bit loose, but nothing I’d complain about! It matched the size chart like I expected, and I’d definitely order again :)

I did get my refund in the end. Just took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but yeah. A bit of a wait.

Got it from xrayce.com. it’s solid. Looks like the photos. Doesn’t feel cheap at all. Been using it a while and it’s holding up. No complaints...

I’ve ordered a few things and the sizing just doesn’t seem consistent. One item fits fine, then another in the same size feels totally different. I tried looking for clearer guidance, but it kind of feels like this issue gets ignored, which is frustrating.

For what I paid, the service/product was decent. It wasn’t absolutely perfect or life-changing, but it did what I needed it to do, and that’s kind of the main thing.

I’m giving it 4 stars because there’s still a little room to improve, especially with making some of the info clearer. But overall, I’d say the value for money was definitely there.

The tracking barely changed for days, which pretty much confirmed what I already suspected. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the wait was frustrating

I ordered a print and was really happy with how it came out. The colors looked super close to what I saw on my screen, no weird tint, no dullness, just nice and accurate. I’d definitely order again.
